Ironically, I got this headset as a workaround since I could not manage to make my bluetooth headset with integrated mic work properly on Windows 10, as the audio quality on the provided Microsoft stack was terrible and the mic volume was very low, even boosting it to the max in the audio configurations.

Need to manually specify driver for USB headset

Kudos avnsra Logitech as they did provide me a great solution and great customer experience, even if the problem wasn’t exactly their fault.
In reply to CarloFragni’s post on July 14, I had this headset working last week, using the official Logitech Windows 10 driver it is compatible and Windows 10 supported according to Logitech and I already had the same problem before Windows 10 version.
But reinstalling Windows every avneta an automatic update breaks my headset driver is not a feasible solution. Also the “roll back” option in driver properties is not available.
They probably think it’s not worth spending resources on this kind of issue over shinny new features to compete with Apple.
I don’t think Microsoft will provide a decent solution for this automated driver aavnera any time soon. Please go through the section: Let us know what happens after following the above mentioned troubleshooting steps.
